Instant Recall App Privacy Policy


This privacy policy describes the ways we collect, store, use and protect your personal information. You accepted this policy when you signed up to use our Instant Recall App and online dashboard portal. We may amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. When you install the Instant Recall App and visit the website, we collect your IP address and standard web log information, such as your browser type and the pages you accessed on our website or in the Instant Recall App.

When you are using our services, we collect information about your location to assist you in the creation of geo-fenced reminder notifications.  We are running location data in the background to create reminder notifications when you come into proximity of a location you deemed as important.  Important reminders mith include items like groceries needed or a memorable meal at a restaurant.


Finally, we may collect additional information from or about you in other ways not specifically described here. For example, we may collect information related to your contact with our customer support team or store results when you respond to a survey.
